About Me

I’m Felicity, a User Experience (UX) Researcher on a mission to enhance the digital experience by advocating for users with different needs and preferences.

I currently work as a researcher at BlueMatrix, where I conduct usability and user research, advocate for improved digital accessibility for our users, develop wireframes, and support a large-scale product redesign.

In 2022, I graduated with a Master’s in information science at UNC-Chapel Hill, where I specialized in human-computer interaction (HCI).

I found UX in 2019 through research for my BA thesis in linguistics at Pomona College, which utilized remote user testing to examine how phonemes in brand names affected consumer perception.
